There will be a doubt about the future of the T20 World Cup in Australia, next month, a decision will be taken on its future. Giving his opinion on this, Australian opener David Warner said, "Looking at the current situation, it will also be challenging to bring every country in Australia to participate in the World Cup, in which the team is conditioned to remain separate quarantine for 14 days. We have to ensure that the Covid-19 outbreak in Australia is prevented from dominating again."

He added, "The Australian Government has put restrictions in the country at the moment and we will have to follow these rules and of course we will have to wait for the decision of the ICC." David Warner said that most of the Australian players want to play in the IPL 2020 if the T20 World Cup and Asia Cup are postponed then it can be organized in September-October. He said, if the IPL is organized then all the players selected in the auction will be ready to play. We have to travel so we have to get the approval of the government. David Warner said, "If Cricket Australia allows us to go there and play in the tournament, then I am sure that the players will be ready to play cricket again."

Warner is keen to play in the upcoming four-Test series against India in Australia. However, he does not want to provoke Indian captain Virat Kohli during this high profile series. He said that it is not good not to tease Virat Kohli as it may harm us. Warner said on the upcoming series, I want to make a place in the team and want to be a part of that series. Our performance last time was not bad but the good team beat us and its bowling is fantastic. He said, now India's batting order is the best and our bowlers would like to target it which can be very exciting for the Indian audience.
