New Delhi: The Supreme Court is hearing the Ayodhya case these days. Congress leader Rajiv Dhawan is the advocate for the Muslim side in this case. Today i.e. on Tuesday, the contempt petition related to the threatening letter received to Dhawan was heard in the apex court. The court issued a notice to the Tamil Nadu professor seeking a reply within two weeks. At the beginning of the hearing yesterday, senior advocate Kapil Sibal referred to the threatening letter received by advocate Rajiv Dhawan.

He demanded an early hearing on it, to which the Chief Justice said that it would be considered tomorrow. The contempt petition was filed against a former government official on Friday by senior advocate Rajeev Dhawan, appearing for the lead petitioner M. Siddique and the All India Sunni Waqf Board. In this petition, he alleged that retired education officer N.K. On August 14, 2019, he received a letter from Shanmugam. In this, he was threatened because of being presented by Muslim parties.

After hearing this petition, the Supreme Court will hear the Ayodhya land dispute case. Yesterday the Muslim side claimed their ownership over the Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi by claiming the mosque. Senior lawyers Rajeev Dhawan and Ejaz Maqbool, appearing for the Sunni Waqf Board and other Muslim parties on Monday before the Constitution Bench, opposed the arguments of Hindu parties, saying that the remains of the huge temple had not been found under the structure there. Babur did not build a mosque by breaking the temple. Let us know that it is expected from day to day hearing that a decision can be taken in the matter soon.
