Now Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has put a screw on the contractors but you need to know that there is no provision of challan under the new Motor Vehicle Act if you are driving in a half-sleeved shirt. If you are not, then your challan will not be there and even if you drive in a lungi, there will be no challan and also do not keep extra bulbs in the car. If the car glass is dirty, then there will be no fines and you can drive while wearing sandals.

If you break Odd-Even rule, then you will have to pay Rs 20,000 as fine

Recently, under some cases in front, many people are saying the new Motor Vehicle Act is right, then many people are also seen opposing it. People are complaining that even after placing the RC, license, insurance and PUC of the vehicle in Digilocker or M Transport app (mparivahan app), the police is not accepting it as valid and cutting the challan.

Not only this, but the police is also harassing people. In view of these situations, the Union Ministry of Road Transport has issued an advisory to all the state governments and police of all the states, in which if a driver takes all papers of his car (RC, Driving License, Insurance, PUC) in mobile phone, DigiLocker or M If transport shows on the app, it should be considered valid and no invoice should be given to them.
