Dehradun: Due to continuous rains in the state of Uttarakhand, Chardham Yatra routes along with other routes of the state are being affected. On Monday, the Rishikesh Gangotri highway is blocked by debris from the hill near Narendra Nagar. On the same Kedarnath Yatra route, Rudraprayag-Gaurikund highway is open. The journey is smooth. Badrinath highway in Chamoli city is blocked after Gauchar ITBP camp. Highway is smooth at other police stations.

On the Monday, a JCB and Pokeland machine fell into the ditch due to excessive debris from the hill on the beaten path in Kaudiyala, Tehri at 3.15 am. Three people have died in the accident. Also, around 3:15 am today, three workers, including the driver, fell into the ditch as the Jadib and Pokeland were hit by the heavy rocking of Kaudiyala. These workers were coming back after finishing the work, suddenly hit the landslide. On the same Tahrir, the team of SDRF, local police immediately reached the scene. Relief and rescue work is in progress. With this, the people of there faced many problems.
