Animal Welfare Board issues notice to badshah's new song embroiled in controversy

The new song by badshah, a well-known rapper from the entertainment world, has been embroiled in controversy. The songs, titled 'Pani-Pani', are alleged to use camels and horses without permission. Subsequently, the Animal Welfare Board of India means AWBI has issued a notice to the producers of the songs. The Board has asked Neeraj Bhatt, Aditya Dev and Hiten to give written replies within 7 days.

The same complaint says that no NOC was taken from the board to use the animals in the song. This performing animal (registration) rules are not only in violation of 2001 but also in violation of supreme court orders. The songs also use animal use as well as double meaning and obscene phrases that insult women.

Panditrao Dharneshwar of Chandigarh, who complained about the use of animals without permission in the same song, said that a complaint has also been sent to the DC of Jaisalmer in addition to the Chief Secretary of Rajasthan. That's where this song has been shot. He has also demanded the Punjab government to enact a stringent law to prevent laziness in films and songs, use of liquor and weapons. Panditrao had earlier also lodged a complaint against Babbar Sher and brother of Sippy Gill and Sidhu Musewala. In which the Animal Welfare Board of India had issued a notice. The board is now in the process of taking strict action in this case as well.
