Mumbai: Katha Vachak Acharya Dhirendra Shastri, popularly known as Bageshwar Dham Sarkar, has clarified the questions being raised on him. In the discussion with the media, Dhirendra Shastri said, 'I am not afraid of anyone.' He also said that people raised questions even about God. Accusing Dhirendra Shastri of spreading superstition, an organization in Maharashtra challenged him to come on its stage in Nagpur and show his miracles. If you can't do this, then be ready to face the lawsuit. Dhirendra Shastri did not reach there on this challenge and returned back. On this, it was said that Dhirendra Shastri ran away due to fear. People are writing a lot on social media in support of him and against him.

Discussing with the media about the whole controversy, Dhirendra Shastri said, 'People have not spared Lord Ram. India is that country, where proof was asked from Lord Shri Ram for his existence. The proof was sought for Ayodhya. Also, Lord Shri Krishna was not spared, he was called Tantrik and miraculous, so we believe that we are common people, how will they spare us?'

What is the whole matter?

Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh is a Katha Vachak. He claims that he can read minds. The videos of his Katha keep going viral. In which he is seen doing so. When the popularity increased, Dhirendra Shastri started getting calls from different states of the country for the Katha. For one such Katha, he had gone to Nagpur. This Katha was to continue till January 13, but Shastri returned only on January 11. There is an organization of Maharashtra - Maharashtra Blind faith Eradication Committee. Shyam Manav of this organization said - They practice witchcraft in the name of Dhirendra Shastri and promote superstition. He also demanded the police to take action against Dhirendra Shastri. Maharashtra has a superstition abolition law in which provision has been made to take action against those who spread superstition. The organization demanded action under this law. The committee also gave a challenge of 30 lakhs that the miracles that Dhirendra Shastri claims in his divine court, come and show them on their stage. If he does so, he will be given 30 lakh rupees but Shastri did not accept the challenge. Rather, as mentioned above, he returned after finishing the Katha two days earlier. On this, some people started claiming on social media that Dhirendra Shastri ran away due to fear. Although many people are also writing in his support. By the way, recent information has come that a day before, Dhirendra Shastri said that he has accepted the challenge.
