Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh's Banda district, the case of killing four members of the same family with sharp weapons has come to light. The dead include the couple, a son and a woman. The killer is said to be absconding. The police have inspected the spot. Fotensic and the dog squad team have reached the spot.

According to the report, Barokhar Buzurg, which comes under the Girwan police station area, was reported late on Saturday night. Unidentified people killed Chunnu (70) son Ganga, Kailashia (68) wife Chunnu, Tijania (76) wife Jhandu, and Priyanshu (8) son Balendra with sharp weapons. The incident took place when they were having dinner together at night. The deceased also ran to save their lives from the attackers, but the attackers killed them wherever they found them. The bodies of all four have been found lying in different places in the house.

Neighbours learned about the incident when the door was opened on Sunday morning. He informed the police. At present, the reason for the incident is not yet clear, and the police are engaged in the investigation. The spot is sealed.
