Patna: Political strategist Prashant Kishor on Saturday attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'Bharat Jodo Yatra'. These days Prashant Kishor has taken out Jan Suraj Padyatra in Bihar. He reached Motihari on Saturday with his padyatra. When asked by the media here about the similarity between his journey and Rahul's, Kishor said, 'He is a very big man, my journey has nothing to do with him.'

He said- "Rahul Gandhi is on a 3,500-km-long journey. Kilometers don't matter to me. I haven't fixed any day. I've been walking non-stop since October, but I don't take it as proof of my physical fitness." He said, "It is like the penance of Chhath (festival). One can take a sip of water, but true devotees make no such compromise and complete a 36-hour fast." In an apparent dig at the Congress leader, Kishor said, "I have not taken a break in the new year nor Neither do I stop to go home nor do I agree to take a short ride on my way to my next stop.''

In September last year, Prashant Kishor had said in Nagpur about the Bharat Jodo Yatra that the Congress or Rahul would not benefit from the Bharat Jodo Yatra because Rahul Gandhi has started his journey from the wrong place. He had said that it would have been better if Congress had started the Bharat Jodo Yatra from BJP-ruled states like Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, or Madhya Pradesh. Because of this, Prashant Kishor did not hesitate to attack Nitish Kumar. He said that Nitish Kumar wants the RJD government again in 2025 because when Jungle Raj comes again, people will say that Nitish Kumar was better than this. Nitish Kumar has no sympathy for Tejashwi Yadav, this is Nitish Kumar's well-thought-out politics. The manner in which RJD has consolidated JDU on 40 seats, Nitish Kumar has somewhere left his grudge, for which he wants to take revenge by giving Tejashwi the throne.
