Dehradun: PM Narendra Modi has taken information from CM Pushkar Singh Dhami on Joshimath's landslide. Talking on the phone, asked CM Dhami how many people have been affected by this. Also inquired about the loss and displacement in Joshimath. PM Modi has assured all possible help to save Joshimath. CM Dhami will give the report of Joshimath's landslide to PM Modi.

CM Dhami visited Joshimath on Saturday (January 7). He had also directed to find land around Pipalkoti and Gauchar for the rehabilitation of the affected. Walking in different wards of the city, he inspected the cracks in the houses as well as the cracks lying on the ground at different places. CM Dhami has said that all aspects will be considered seriously to save Joshimath.

He said that the first priority of the state government is to shift the affected people. Then after this work will be done on the long-term plan. Scientists from various central institutions are surveying on the spot. After getting their report, the situation will be clear within two-three days. CM Dhami said that the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Jal Shakti are also continuously monitoring the Joshimath landslide. He himself will also inform PM Narendra Modi about the situation.
