Bhavnagar: The dream of Digital India of PM Narendra Modi is being fulfilled in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat. Government schools from cities to rural areas are being digitalized and efforts are being made to provide modern digital education to children. The Kardez Primary School of Bhavnagar has become an example for all government schools in the country today. This school is being taught through digital technology and web portal.

QR codes have been placed in the I cards provided to the students studying in this school. Through this QR code, parents of the girl students also get information about reaching their school. When the girls come to school, their QR code is scanned and then through the mobile app, the information about the arrival of the girl child is received on the mobile. Not only this, when the girls return home from school, the QR code of the I-card is scanned again, so that the information about the girl's exit from the school is received by the family members on the mobile.

Along with this, CCTV is installed in all the rooms of Kardez Primary School, which has been connected to the web portal. With this, the family can know what their child is doing in school only while sitting at home. With this, the family can also see the activities happening in the school on their phones.
