Bhopal: After enacting a law on 'Love Jihad' in Madhya Pradesh, the process has now started to make a law against the stone-pelters. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has announced and since then a draft of the law is being prepared. It is being said that soon we will bring this draft in the cabinet meeting. Sources in the Home Department have told us that under this law, a tribunal is also ready to be set up, in which cases falling under this law will be heard.

CM Shivraj has already announced that a law will be enacted to take strict action against the stone-pelters. He said that strict provisions will be made in this law. Recently, in a conversation with a famous website, State Home Minister Narottam Mishra has said, 'The process has been started to make a law against the stone-pelters. This law will be drafted within a month and will be implemented in the coming days.

Under this law, there is a readiness to make strict action against the stone-pelters. In Madhya Pradesh, before this, a law has been made about 'Love Jihad'. Due to the absence of assembly session, the government has decided to implement it through an ordinance and the ordinance of this law has been approved by the Governor. If this law comes, then non-bailable offense will be registered against the stone-pellers. If there is any loss of government or property due to any stone, then it will be recovered from him.
