Bhopal: The havoc of corona infection has subsided but in the meantime, Madhya Pradesh is in the grip of a series of blows. Power Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar has hit back at former state chief minister Kamal Nath's statement recently. In fact, Energy Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar has hit back at Kamal Nath's statement on with held salaries of 400 power department employees. "Kamal Nath's government was there for 15 months, so what did he do in the power sector, what he did for the power employees," he said.

In fact, recently, former Chief Minister Kamal Nath had tweeted, "After making power costly in Madhya Pradesh, the power company now wants to register false cases of power theft against people and has withheld the salaries of 400 employees for not registering cases. Such work was done under the rule of the East India Company. Shivrajji, do you want to enslave the people?"

He further wrote: "There is a provision for annual increment of 3% per annum in the salaries of Madhya Pradesh government employees, the Madhya Pradesh government has not given the benefit of annual increment to the employees either last year nor this year. Shivrajji, stop harassing government employees. In fact, the power company has withheld the salaries of 400 of its employees, with 74 employees from Bhopal on the list. There are reports that under the company's rules, these employees did not make cases of power theft, and the company has entrusted the engineer with the responsibility of registering 10 cases. Due to this, the salaries of the employees of 11 districts have been withheld."
