BIE Secretary's dire warning: Display fee details on college management notice board

Guntur: Intermediate Education Secretary V Rama Krishna directed junior colleges to follow the government order GO MS No. 54. In the order, the government had notified the fee structure of two-year intermediate courses. of private and unaided junior colleges for the period 2021-22 to 2023-24 as recommended by the AP School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission.

For MPC, BI PC groups in junior colleges established in Gram Panchayats, the maximum fee is Rs 15,000 per year. For non-science math groups like CEC, HEC the maximum fee is Rs 12,000 per annum. The fee for MPC, BIPC students in colleges established in municipalities is Rs 17,500 per year and for students from non-science group it is Rs 15,000 per year. For MPC, BI PC students in junior colleges in municipal corporations the fee is Rs 20,000 per annum, for non-science math groups like CEC, HEC the fee is Rs 18,000 per annum.

The BIE Secretary directed the college managements to display the fee details on the notice board of the college group wise on the notice board and implement the orders. He warned that later any deviation would be taken seriously and strict action would be initiated. It is noteworthy that BIE has extended the last date for online admission to two-year intermediate course for the academic year 2021-22 till August 27. Offline classes have started from 16th August for Intermediate 2nd year students. BIE is arranging. Classes for Intermediate first year students start from September 1
