It states that Badoni has shown gross negligence and indifference to his official duties and responsibilities.

Actually, there is a ruckus in the state regarding the UKSSSC paper leak case. Recently UKSSSC candidates had protested on the streets demanding justice. Candidates from far-flung areas raised slogans demanding justice in the capital Dehradun. The candidates had demanded that CM Pushkar Singh Dhami should give written assurance that by passing the examination honestly, there would be no injustice to the students waiting for appointments and they would be given appointments.

After which CM Dhami recently held a review meeting. In this, Chief Minister Dhami had announced the cancellation of the examination. Along with this, the officials were instructed to register a case against the culprits under the Gangster Act and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). He had also said that the examinations in which evidence of irregularities have been found should be cancelled and the selection process should be started afresh.
