New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi has held a virtual meeting with health experts on Sunday amid the ongoing corona epidemic in the country. The meeting is still going on but earlier sources said that PM Modi may take a big decision in the meeting. According to reports, it may be decided to deploy final year students of MBBS and nursing on corona duty. Also, the entrance examination of the medical examination NEET can be avoided.

At the same time, MBBS final year examination can also be conducted soon so that more and more health workers can be posted on covid duty. However, a final decision on the discussion during the meeting is likely to be taken tomorrow i.e.  According to reports, the final year students who will be posted on covid duty will also be given incentives from the government. However, the decision is yet to be finalized.

The second wave of coronavirus in the country has been creating havoc for the past several days. Four lakh new cases were registered in the country on Saturday. Meanwhile, PM Narendra Modi has held a meeting today on the issue of oxygen and medicines. The meeting began at 9.30 am on Sunday in which the PM discussed the availability of medicines and oxygen with experts.
