Lucknow: In the social welfare department of the country's largest state UP, a big game has been revealed in giving jobs to the deceased dependents. In the last few years, many ineligible people have been given jobs as deceased dependents. The services of two personnel have been terminated after the case is caught, while an inquiry has been set against two other personnel.

Responses have also been sought from the officers and personnel concerned for giving the same wrong appointments. Pratima Singh was appointed to the post of Supervisor in the year 2016 as a dependent in the Social Welfare Department. Her father Indra Bahadur Singh was posted as ADO Social Welfare Department, who died due to service.

Pratima's mother Malti Singh is a teacher in the Basic Education Department. The rule is that if both parents are in government service, and one dies, then the dependent quota will not get the benefit. Therefore Pratima Singh could not be given a job. If the case is found correct in inspection, the statue has been dismissed. Her mother gave a false affidavit for not being in government service. FIR orders have been given against her to Amethi Police. In this case, the present Deputy Director Neeru Singh has been given a show-cause notice. Due to the retirement of the current administrative officer Bhai Lal Yadav, the government has sought approval to take action against him. The matter will now be investigated.
