Rajasthan's Aman Raj Singh has also written his name on the gold medal at the National Equestrian Championships in Mumbai. Aman from Jaipur has won the competition at the age of just 14. More than 100 horsemen from across the country have participated in the National Equestrian Competition. Leaving them behind, Aman Raj has brought glory to his city. Aman has been doing well in horse riding for the past several years.

Aman's success has contributed significantly to his coach Bhagirath. Aman has earlier participated in Jaipur Equestrian Championships and Junior National Equestrian Championships. It was reported some time ago that horse riding trials for the Asian Games are going to be held for the first time in India. Trials for these games in 2022 are scheduled to be conducted at Amateur Riders Club (ARC) from December 12 to 16. 'Show Jumping' selection trials are going to be conducted on the Mahalaxmi Race Course in which participants of 16 years and above are going to participate.

The trials conducted by the Indian Equestrian Federation (EFI) will be attended by horsemen from the host city of Mumbai along with Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai. Trials for teams and individual events will be conducted in the 'Show Jumping 1.40m' and 'Show Jumping 1.50m' categories in two rounds. According to reports, this is the first time that the second and third round trials of the Mumbai Equestrian Asian Games are being conducted which are scheduled to be held in December 2021 and January 2022 respectively.
