New Delhi: To help the citizens who have returned to India from Ukraine, the Northern Railway has set up a special railway reservation counter at Delhi's Indira Gandhi Airport Terminal-3, where citizens arriving at these airports can directly book confirmed tickets. North and West Central Railway has set up these special rail reservation counters at Delhi's Indira Gandhi Airport Terminal-3 and Mumbai Airport to help citizens who have returned to India from Ukraine. From here people can directly take the ticket of their home state. From these counters, confirmed tickets will be available to the students without any extra charge.

In fact, in view of the seriousness of the worsening conditions due to the war between Ukraine-Russia, efforts are being made to evacuate the Indian students from there as soon as possible. The Central Government is running Operation Ganga on behalf of the Government of India to bring back the students trapped there. Under this, students and Indian people are being brought back from there through different planes.

In fact, in countries like Ukraine-Russia, students from states like UP, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan go for medical studies, so about 20,000 students are trapped in Ukraine in the midst of these conditions, out of which about 14,000. The students have been brought. Meanwhile, the Railways has also taken an initiative to help the students who have returned to India.
