New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi is addressing trainee IPS officers through video conferencing at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) at 11 am today i.e. He is also discussing with probationary officials during the program. During the interaction, PM Modi told the trainee officers that youth like you have a big responsibility.
Earlier, PM Modi had tweeted from his official Twitter handle that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel will interact with trainee IPS officials of the National Police Academy at 11 am. These trainee officers will take over important police responsibilities in the coming years. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Minister of State (Home) Nityanand Rai are also present on the occasion.
Tell you that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) in Hyderabad is the main police training institute in the country. It trains Indian Police Service officers at induction level and also conducts various in-service courses for serving IPS officers.
