Today people are standing in a queue outside a polling station in Riga, Sitamarhi, because the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) is not working at the booth here. Voting in the third phase of Bihar elections is going on in Muzaffarpur. A voter who voted at the polling station in Muzaffarpur said- 'I want whoever is our leader, works for the betterment of the country'.

While voting continues in Darbhanga and Araria. Prior to voting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted and appealed to people to participate in this holy festival of democracy. In his tweet, he appealed to people to wear masks and follow social distancing. LJP President Chirag Paswan said that, "The way people are engaging with the slogan 'Bihar First, Bihari First', we hope that we will also do well in this phase." One thing is very clear that Nitishji will not become the Chief Minister.
