Patna: CM Nitish Kumar on Thursday had announced at Purnia's rally that he said this is my last election, all is well for the end. The politics has become heated about Nitish's statement. In such a situation, LJP chief Chirag Paswan has said that, 'This is a declaration of Nitish's defeat. If Nitish is announcing his last election, if he thinks that he will escape from the investigation by taking himself in seclusion, then I will not let this happen.

Talking to a private news channel, Chirag Paswan said that Nitish Kumar never talks about retiring, but he may have come to know that the public is not going to give an opportunity for service. CM Nitish Kumar will not be able to escape the corruption that he has done from liquor ban to flood relief package. Embankments are made in Bihar, they break up within a month. This shows how corruption has happened in Bihar. In such a situation, Nitish Kumar will not be able to sit in seclusion without investigation.

On the question of giving employment to the youth, Chirag Paswan said that Tejashwi Yadav and Congress also had a stake in the Nitish Kumar-led government. The BJP was in power for the last decade, then why did not it give jobs to 19 lakh people. Earlier, RJD was in government even then jobs were not given and despite being in government with JDU, why did Tejashwi Yadav not give jobs to youth.
