Patna: Before the commencement of the second phase of the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections, the publicity has gained momentum. In such a situation, while addressing a public meeting at Loknath High School in Jagdishpur in Bhagalpur district, Nitish Kumar has made many new promises. Addressing the public meeting here, he said- 'If there is an opportunity to form a government once again, then a mega skill center will be built in Bihar, now all the jobs will not be available only through computer knowledge. Rather, the Mega Skill Center will be imparted training related to various fields and people will get employment in every field. Yes, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said this.

He said in his address, 'Now one veterinary hospital will be opened every 8 to 10 panchayats. With this, people will not have to take animals away for treatment, nor will their animals be killed, but along with their treatment, they will also be given free medicines. His government has done a lot of work in water life greenery. If there is anything left, we will work on reviewing it, but this work will be done only when they get a chance once again.

Apart from this, he went on to say that, Bypasses have been built in different cities, but wherever bypasses are not built, new bypasses will be built where there is a need. Where there will be no land to build a bypass, a flyover will be built. In fact, he had come to Loknath High School in Jagdishpur in Bhagalpur district to appeal to Nathnagar candidate Laxmikant Mandal. During his address during this time, he said many such things which are present in the discussions at this time.
