New Delhi: Chu boat strategist turned politician Prashant Kishor started the Janswaraj Padyatra on 2 October 2022. Now Prashant Kishore's Janswaraj's family is continuously increasing. Let us tell you that Prashant Kishor has not announced to make Janswaraj political party at the moment, but the process of joining this campaign of administrative and police officers who have retired from government services is continuously increasing.

12 former Indian Police Service (IPS) officers who have held various positions in Bihar Police have joined Janswaraj. Former IPS officers have expressed the belief of change in Bihar's system through Janswaraj. According to media reports, former police officers have praised Janswaraj and expressed hope that this will restore the values of service and bring Swaraj into politics. Officers associated with Prashant Kishor's Janswaraj include officers of the rank of DG, IG and DIG. Retired IG (Home Guard) of 2004 batch, Jitendra Mishra of Samastipur, former IPS DG of 1979 batch, SK Paswan of Vaishali, 1983 batch IPS former DIG (Communication) KB Singh, resident of Saran, have joined Janswaraj.

According to the report, the names of former IPS officers joining Prashant Kishor's Janswaraj include Umesh Singh, IG (Vigilance), resident of Begusarai, former DIG Anil Singh and Shiv Kumar Jha, resident of Supaul, former DG Ashok Kumar Singh, resident of Siwan. Along with this former DG Rakesh Kumar Mishra, resident of Saharsa, CP Kiran of Patna, Mohammad Rahman Momin of Bhojpur as well as Shankar Jha and Dilip Mishra have also joined Janswaraj. In such a situation, the question has started to arise that, were all these bureaucrats fed up with the policies of the government during their duty, who are supporting Prashant Kishor demanding change as soon as he retires? Prashant Kishor has been continuously targeting Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and CM Nitish Kumar during his visit, in such a situation it would not be wrong to say that these former IPS officers are also associated with Prashant Kishor against the above mentioned leaders.
