Patna: All parties are all set to put their full strength after Vijayadashmi in the bypolls to two assembly seats in Bihar. All parties will take a stand in the election summer with their respective plans after Vijayadashmi. In such a situation, the National Democratic Alliance is hoping for benefits from the split in the Grand Alliance. The main opposition RJD has faith in its leader Lalu Prasad. However, all parties including NDA and RJD are claiming their respective victories.

In this election, both the seats have gone to Kusheshwarsthan and Tarapur in the quota of JD(U), a constituent party of the ruling NDA. The JD(U) has fielded its candidates in both these seats. On the other hand, RJD and Congress are beating different rhythms in this election while LJP (Ram Vilas) has also fielded its candidates, which is expected to make the contest interesting.

BJP spokesperson Nikhil Anand said that JD(U) candidates won both the seats in last year's elections and the bypoll will have the same result. He claimed the NDA's victory and said, "The NDA is definitely in a state of winning the assembly by-election. When it comes to the grand alliance, both the parties Congress and RJD have separated.''
