For your information, let us tell you that in the court of Begusarai Chief Judicial Magistrate Thakur Aman Kumar, a complaint has been lodged against Advocate Amit Kumar under sections 153A and 153B of the IPC on Wednesday. A complaint has been lodged by Amit on the basis of the news about Akhtar's remarks in the media on 28 February regarding the riots in Delhi.

On this matter, Akhtar had tweeted, "Many people were killed, houses were burnt in Delhi, shops were looted but the police are searching for the owner by sealing only one house."
