Patna: Former Bihar Chief Minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha National President Jitan Ram Manjhi has once again made headlines for his statement. Jitan Ram Manjhi has always made controversial statements and now his statement is in the news again this time. His new statement has created a new controversy. In fact, recently Jitan Ram Manjhi has used abusive words for pandits at an event. The Bhuiyan Mushar Sammelan was held in Patna last Saturday and Jitan Ram Manjhi was the chief guest at the event. Jitan Ram Manjhi came here and used some abusive words during his speech.
He raised the issue of politics in the name of religion and in the meantime he used the word 'undignified' for pandits. Speaking at the function, HAM National President Manjhi said, "Nowadays, the people of the poor are getting more religious lying. We did not know the name of worshipping Satyanarayana Bhagwan. Now, in every tola, we have Satyanarayana Bhagwan Puja. Don't be ashamed that pandits come **** and say they won't eat anything with you. Just give some cash. Now, after his statement, the matter is beginning to take a toll. However, his party spokesperson Danish Rizwan has responded to his defense. "His leader's statement is being distorted.''
Danish Rizwan said, "Manjhi's statement is being distorted. He has faith in all sects and all castes. He has categorically stated that some people call brahmin brothers to their homes, but those Brahmins do not even eat in the houses of those poor, but they are still given money. Manjhi has opposed such people."
On the other hand, there is anger in the Brahmin community over Jitan Ram Manjhi's statement. Rashtriya Brahmin Mahasabha Parshuram Seva Sansthan spokesperson Rajneesh Kumar Tiwari has strongly objected to the statement. "Jitan Ram Manjhi should apologize, we will go to court against the former CM's statement," he says.
