Patna: There is good news for all teachers in Bihar. The Nitish government is going to give them a New Year's gift. The Government of Bihar has issued guidelines for the increment of 3.5 lakh teachers and librarians working in all categories of elementary schools to secondary and higher secondary schools.

Teachers in Bihar have been demanding wage hikes for a long time. The benefit of annual increment will be payable from 1st January 2022 to teachers, librarians whose salaries will be determined as of 1st April 2021 in the Pay Matrix issued on 12th November 2021. The is going to be a huge relief to the teachers of Bihar.

On the other hand, unemployment is a big issue in the State. It is because of this unemployment that hundreds of youth leave their homes and move to other states every year. That is what is making headlines for unemployment on the occasion of Chhath this time. In fact, a tableau has been decorated on the occasion of Chhath by the Adarsh Kala Temple at Ara in Bihar. This is the tableau of unemployment. Leader of the opposition Tejashwi Yadav has also shared a picture of the tableau. Tejashwi Yadav has hit out at such a tableau on the occasion of the Chhath. Sharing this, RJD wrote: "A Chhath Puja in Ara, Bihar. Because Bihar has been made the center of unemployment by the Nitish government in 16 years.
