Patna: Patna, the capital of Bihar, is included in the smart city, with a wide range of development plans. As Lohia Path Cycle is being built, the foundation of the Metro has been laid. Drives are being run to repair traffic. The government has already announced to make every street and drain firm. But the colony started in the Vikas Vihar colony of the capital Patna since 1985, but the road has not yet been constructed.

Though electricity has come here, the people here have only been assured about the road. The Bihar government is said to have abolished the 'chacharis'. But there are some houses in the Vikas Vihar colony of Ward Three where people move with the help of 'chachari'. By not becoming a road in Vikas Vihar, people are going to stay in another place by locking the house. The weddings of the daughters are also breaking down after seeing the road conditions, which people are worried about.

From school children to everyone is having problems. Ved Prakash, a doctor at AIIMS, built a house in Vikas Vihar, but he went home closed due to not building a road. There are many roads in the colony that cannot be cared for. Because of this, those who have taken the car are forced to hire non-cars.
