Patna: Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) National President and former MP Pappu Yadav has been arrested. This was stated by Pappu Yadav himself in a tweet. He says they arrested me and brought me to Gandhi Maidan police station in Patna. Just recently, Pappu Yadav had questioned BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy's ambulance.

In another tweet, former MP Pappu Yadav said, 'It is a crime to fight with your life on your palm to save lives during the Corona period, so yes, I am a criminal, PM, CM, give two executions, or, send two jails, will not bend, will not stop, I will save people, I will continue to expose the dishonest!' Former MP Pappu Yadav is said to have been arrested for violating lockdown. A case of lockdown violation was registered against Pappu Yadav at Amanpour in Saran after BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy opened a secret of ambulances purchased from MP Nidhi.

Pappu Yadav was lodged in an FIR at Amanour police station on Sunday by the Amanour zone officer in connection with a lockdown violation case. The complaint accused Pappu Yadav of violating the lockdown by reaching the vishwaprabha community center with a convoy. Earlier on Saturday, Pappu Yadav was booked for sabotage of ambulances.
