Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has supported the teachers gathered in Patna on Teachers Day, while JDU MLC Dilip Chaudhary has instructed the Education Minister to talk on the status of teachers. On the same matter, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has said that there is no justification for this movement. The Supreme Court has given its verdict.

Significantly, about 4 and a half lakh employed teachers of Bihar started to protest in Patna today demanding equal work equal pay. At the same time, politics is also being started on this. JDU Legislative MLC Dilip Chaudhary said that on Teachers Day, teachers are respected. But today they are agitating and some of their demands are justified. There should be a salary increase of teachers. Intermediate copies of checks made by teachers have not yet been paid. The Education Minister should work out a solution with the teachers.

At the same time, RJD spokesman Bhai Virendra said that while supporting the teachers, the government should take cognizance in this matter itself. The RJD supports the teachers' demands. Because what is being done to teachers is unfair. On the one hand, there are teachers who get salaries of 80000 to 100000 and on the other hand, there are teachers who get 20000 to 25000. If the government is taking the same work from both, then the teachers should be paid according to equality.
