Patna: Monsoon has hit several states of the country including Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra. Whereas, many states are receiving heavy rain but on the other hand, the heatwave has risen in the capital of the country. The MET department has now said that Delhi will not receive rain for the next six days. The MET department has also informed that heavy rain is likely to occur in Bihar, Jharkhand for two days.

These days, the monsoon is also visible in Uttar Pradesh. In view of this, the METÂ department has said that some districts of Purvanchal are likely to receive heavy rains and issued a yellow warning. Now, during the next 24 hours, there may be thundershowers in eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, North Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. In addition, it is also expected that lightning is also likely at some places.
The India Meteorological Department issued a fresh weather alert last Sunday. The alert predicted heavy rain and thunderstorm in several states during the next five days till July 1. Heavy rain has been predicted in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. It has also been said that the rain will come down after today. On the other hand, the weather will be dry and light hot in most parts of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh including Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana.
