Former US President Bill Clinton has been linked to the Jeffrey Epstein case in confidential court papers dated back to 2015, which have been kept secret until now. These documents are set to be disclosed publicly later this week.

The papers tie Epstein's associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, to the alleged facilitation of sexual abuse against Virginia Giuffre. Giuffre has claimed that both Epstein and Maxwell arranged for her to engage in sexual encounters with prominent individuals, including Britain's Prince Andrew.

This revelation emerges following a decision made by Judge Loretta Preska to unveil these confidential documents, potentially revealing the identities of more than 150 individuals involved, listed as "John and Jane Does." Giuffre, engaged in a legal battle, has not directly accused the 77-year-old Clinton of any wrongdoing but alleges she met him on Epstein's private Caribbean island. Maxwell denies this claim. It was reported by the state Media, the former US president is referred to as "Doe 36" in the papers.

Clinton's name appears more than fifty times within these documents. In 2016, Giuffre's legal team attempted to inquire about Clinton's associations with Epstein. However, Judge Robert Sweet dismissed this request. Maxwell labeled Giuffre's attempts to involve Clinton as a "transparent ploy" to gain more "media exposure for her sensational stories," as reported by a publication.

The papers further  Maxwell and Giuffre's efforts to question Epstein in 2016, but Epstein chose not to respond, citing his rights. Despite these serious allegations, Clinton's legal representatives did not oppose the disclosure of these papers.

The Focus on Clinton's Travel with Epstein

The spotlight intensified when it was revealed that Clinton traveled to Africa on Epstein's plane in 2002 for a charitable trip. Clinton cut ties with Epstein in 2005, well before Epstein faced investigations for sexual crimes. Epstein was eventually arrested in 2019 on charges related to offenses against minors.
