Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath is likely to get a final seal on the government's first cabinet expansion today. The BJP core group meeting to be held in Lucknow on Tuesday is likely to discuss the expansion of the cabinet. The meeting will be attended by CM Yogi Adityanath, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma, State BJP President Independent Dev Singh, and State Organization Minister Sunil Bansal.

It is worth mentioning here that the first expansion of the Cabinet of the Yogi Adityanath government of UP has finally been sealed. Quoting sources, it is reported that the first expansion of Yogi Adityanath's cabinet is going to take place in a few days. It is reported that Gurjar samaj from Western UP and a face of the Scheduled Castes from East Zone can find a place in the Yogi cabinet. A total of 6 to 7 new faces are said to be inducted into the Yogi Cabinet.

On the other hand, it is also reported that portfolios of several existing ministers of the UP government could be exchanged.  At the same time, there are reports that some state ministers of the Yogi government may be given the status of cabinet ministers.  Dr. Mahendra Singh, Bhupendra Chaudhary, Suresh Rana, and Upendra Tiwari are involved in the race.
