New Delhi: The Central government and the Arvind Kejriwal government have come face to face in the matter of giving flats to Rohingya Muslims in the national capital Delhi. Meanwhile, BJP Lok Sabha MP Gautam Gambhir has shared a picture of a letter exposing AAP. According to media reports, through this letter, the BJP has exposed the Kejriwal government.

In fact, in the letter last year, a proposal to provide a total of 240 flats to Rohingyas was placed before the New Delhi Municipal Council. At the same time, 'URGENT' has also been written on the top of this letter, that is, the Kejriwal government wanted to get this work done as soon as possible. Sharing this letter, Gambhir has written, 'Today the shameless CM of Delhi has been completely exposed. He sent a letter asking for a flat in Bakkarwal for the Rohingyas and now he is doing what he is known for.' He also called CM Kejriwal the chief minister who did 'Gutter Chhap Siyasat'.

According to the letter issued by Gambhir, the Delhi government sent the letter to the NDMC on June 23 last year. In the letter, the Kejriwal government said that restriction centres have to be prepared for 11 Bangladeshis and 71 Rohingyas. For this, along with the EWS flat, there was also a demand to give a house there. In this letter, the Kejriwal government had also talked about giving 240 EWS flats located in Bakerwal to Rohingyas. The matter was placed before the media by BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia. The Chief Secretary of Delhi had asked the NDMC on July 29 this year to hand over 240 flats at the earliest so that 'detention centres' can be built. During this, Gaurav Bhatia accused Chief Minister Kejriwal and said, ''Kejriwal's hand is with infiltrators. He is not concerned about the people of Delhi.''

Bhatia said in this press conference, ''The policy of the Central Government is clear that there will be no compromise on national security and the resources of the country are for its citizens and not for illegal migrants.'' Bhatia said, ''Kejriwal Ji, it was your responsibility that wherever Rohingyas are living, why did you not declare that place as detention centre as per law. There is a flaw in Kejriwal's intention. Rohingya are a threat to India's security and Arvind Kejriwal is doing politics keeping national security at bay. Rohingyas are a threat to our country.''
