Mau: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced the names of its ten candidates for the Uttar Pradesh assembly by-election to be held on October 21. From Ghosi assembly seat of Mau district, the party has fielded Vijay Rajbhar, son of a vegetable seller. According to party leaders, in the by-election, BJP's Pandit Dinadayal Upadhyay's dream has made the son of a vegetable seller a candidate.

Pandit Dinadal Upadhyaya had a dream that the last man of the society should also be linked with the high positions of the country and the mainstream of the society.
