New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has come to power for the second time by registering a huge victory. The party's general secretary Ram Madhav has since claimed that the BJP will break the Congress ' record of remaining in power for most of the moment and will remain in power till 2047. The BJP leader said that when the country celebrates its Independence Day 100 in 2047, the BJP will be in power.

Addressing a rally in Agartala, the capital of Tripura, Ram Madhav said that the longest-standing party in power is Congress, which ruled the country from 1950 to 1977, but I claim that Modiji will break these records and the 100 independence in 2047 By day the BJP will be in power.  The event was also attended by CM Bibuoy Deo of the state. Ram Madhav also said that Modi has enhanced the respect of the country and its citizen on the international stage and that is why the BJP was elected for the second time at the centre.
