Mumbai: Maharashtra Finance Minister and senior BJP leader Sudhir Mungantiwar said on Friday that if the new government is not formed in the state by November 7, then President's rule can be implemented here. He also said that the main obstacle in the formation of the government is the demand for the post of CM for two and a half years of the Shiv Sena.

The BJP leader's comment comes after eight days after the results of the assembly elections held on October 21, no situation has been cleared in the state about government formation.
