Jagdalpur: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary and Chhattisgarh party affairs in-charge D Purandeswari has recently made a statement that he has become a part of the discussions. In fact, one of his statements is currently in the news. The state's main opposition BJP and the ruling Congress have come face to face over his statement. In fact, in the recent past, Purandeshwari said at a BJP workers' conference in Naxal-hit Bastar, "If BJP workers spit, chief minister Bhupesh Baghel and his entire cabinet will be swept away.'' Baghel retorted to this statement, 'When he spits in the sky, it falls on his face.'

In fact, last Tuesday, the BJP organized a Chintan Shivir at Jagdalpur, the headquarters of Bastar district in the southern region of the state. It is a three-day Chintan Shivir and on the last day of the same camp, Purandeshwari, in charge of Chhattisgarh affairs of the party, addressed the workers of Bastar division. In his address, he said, "We urge all of you to take a resolution. Once you don't spit back, Bhupesh Baghel and his entire cabinet will be swept away in that spit. You will have to work with this resolution from today and again with your hard work, the BJP will definitely come to power in 2023."

He also said, "Our dedicated workers are the power of the BJP, who are now creating a sense of vitality for Mission 2023. The BJP's victory has been ensured whenever the workers decide.'' Now the stir over his statement has intensified. In the recent statement, state chief minister Bhupesh Baghel said, "How do I react to this statement? I did not expect Purandeshwari Ji's mental state to come down to this stage after going to the BJP. When we were with the people and were ministers of state with Arjun Singh Ji, he was fine, but what happened after going to the BJP and if you spit in the sky, it falls on one's face.''
