New Delhi: Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi led the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP) meeting on Tuesday morning. Many important issues were discussed in this meeting held in Parliament. Sonia Gandhi instructed the party leaders to remain united. He said the road ahead for the Congress is more challenging than ever. Sonia said that the spirit of resilience of party workers is going to be severely tested.

While addressing the Congress leaders, Sonia also attacked the BJP. The ruling party is running a "divisive agenda" in the country, he said. History is being tampered with in all the states. To fulfill the agenda, the BJP is forcibly playing with history. Sonia said that the BJP and its leaders are running an agenda of divisive and polarizing in many states. We all have to stand together and fight the forces of hatred. We will not allow BJP to harm the bond of unity and harmony of our society.

During this meeting, Sonia Gandhi has also accused the central government of torturing the leaders and workers of opposition parties. Sonia said that the entire force of the government machinery is against her. Sonia said that for those in power, governance clearly meant spreading panic and intimidation. Such threats and tactics will neither scare nor silence us, nor will we be afraid.
