Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, made a spirited appearance at a lively roadshow in Pehowa, Kurukshetra, advocating for his party's candidate, Sushil Gupta, and launching a scathing attack on the ruling BJP. Kejriwal asserted that his recent stint in jail was a ploy by the BJP, motivated by fear of his influence.

Accompanied by AAP's Kurukshetra Lok Sabha candidate, Sushil Gupta, Kejriwal passionately addressed the crowd, highlighting his recent legal battles and emphasizing his determination to continue his political crusade. "The BJP's actions speak volumes. They threw me in jail just as the election season kicked off. It's crystal clear they're rattled by my presence," Kejriwal asserted.

In a bid to connect with the local populace, Kejriwal shared personal anecdotes, revealing his familial ties to Pehowa. "My bond with Pehowa runs deep. You might wonder how. Well, my brother's in-laws hail from here, and even Punjab's Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann, has roots in this soil," Kejriwal disclosed to the enthusiastic crowd.

Drawing attention to Mann's familial connections, Kejriwal rallied support against the BJP, urging voters to shun the party responsible for his recent incarceration. "Not a single vote should be wasted on the BJP, the party that tried to silence me," he declared emphatically.

This marked Kejriwal's inaugural visit to Haryana since securing interim bail, underscoring his unwavering commitment to grassroots campaigning. Gupta, echoing Kejriwal's sentiments, outlined the progressive initiatives undertaken by AAP governments in Delhi and Punjab, aiming to resonate with voters on the eve of the upcoming elections.

With Haryana's 10 Lok Sabha seats up for grabs in the penultimate phase of the national elections on May 25, Kejriwal's impassioned plea and Gupta's platform of reforms are poised to influence the electoral landscape significantly.
