DELHI:The case has been reported to Delhi Police under sections 354A, 500, 509, and 120B of the IPC. Sections 66 and 67 of the IT Act have also been applied in this case by the police. Police believe that this case may involve more than one person.

Following Nupur Sharma, Neha Shalini Dua, another female spokesperson for the Bharatiya Janata Party, has come under attack. Neha Shalini Dua, a spokeswoman for the Delhi BJP, has been the target of an attempt to defame her by having her name appear on an objectionable website. On the website, some explicit videos have also been posted and people are being asked to watch them as their own. 

The party has filed a case at the Parliament Street Police Station after the situation came to light. Through the filing of a case under various sections of the IT Act, the matter is being investigated. Earlier, indecent remarks about Nupur Sharma were posted on social media along with threats to kill her.

Neha Shalini Dua from the BJP has also been promoting the party on various TV channels. She and other party spokespersons have engaged in a contentious debate about the current situation on numerous channels. However, none of these discussions have generated controversy to date, which is why those close to Neha Shalini Dua think that nefarious forces may be behind it.

Police estimate that more than one person may be involved in this case. Delhi Police has registered this case under sections 354A, 500, 509 and 120B of IPC. Along with this, the police have also imposed sections 66 and 67 of the IT Act in this case. After investigation, considering the seriousness of the matter, other sections can also be imposed.

She claimed that this is a plot to discredit her and the Bhartiya Janta Party and that she has filed a complaint against it. She has demanded severe punishment by exposing the covert figures responsible for this mischief.
