The former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir also referred to the centre's new agricultural laws and land laws in Jammu and Kashmir, saying, "THE BJP has failed to give two meals to the people and give two crore jobs every year. He also said that it will sell all the resources of the country before going out of power.
