Mumbai: On the 393rd birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji, the BJP is preparing big events. It is reported that BJP will celebrate the birth anniversary at more than 300 places in Mumbai. The special thing is that during this aarti written by Veer Savarkar on Chhatrapati Shivaji will be sung. This information has been given by BJP's Mumbai chief and MLA Ashish Shelar.

According to the report, on Thursday (February 16) he told that BJP is going to organize programs on Shivaji Jayanti at 346 places in 227 wards of Mumbai. Shelar said, 'During the Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA) government, all Hindu festivals were stopped due to the Covid pandemic. However, after the Shinde-Fadnavis government came to power, celebrations are allowed with full gusto. BJP will sing an aarti written by Veer Savarkar on the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji.' He also informed that Union Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the celebrations. Along with this, he will inaugurate the first phase of Shiv Srishti in Pune.

Along with this, MLA Ashish Shelar has urged BJP's opponents to also be a part of the celebration. He told that glimpses related to the life of Shivaji will be displayed during this period. Shelar said, 'We will inform the public about the new emblem of the Indian Navy, which is in the shape of the royal seal of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi.' He has thanked the Modi government for allowing him to celebrate Shiv Jayanti at Agra Fort.
