Dabangg Khan aka Salman Khan has got relief from Rajasthan High Court Jodhpur main bench in black deer hunting case. Salman was supposed to appear in Jodhpur district court today personally but now he has got relief. It is being said that Salman Khan can now offer virtual 437A bonds through video conferencing. A bench of Chief Justice Indrajit Mohanty and Judge Manoj Kumar Garg heard the petition presented by Salman Khan. During this hearing, he has given permission to present bail through virtual medium today.

In this case, Salman's advocate Hastimal Saraswat had ordered in September last year to fill the bail bond under Section 437A of the CrPC, personally appearing to Salman Khan by the Jodhpur district court. Salman Khan was ordered to appear in person on September 28. During that time the Corona era arrived and due to this, the hearing was postponed several times. After seeing all this, Salman was given an amnesty. On the last hearing on 16 January 2021, the court ordered Salman Khan to appear in person today and fill the bail bond.
While presenting a petition against this order, the provision for filling the bonds by appearing in person under CRPC 437A was challenged, contrary to sections 14 and 21 of the Constitution. On Thursday, the High Court issued a notice to the Central and State Government while hearing. On Friday, during the hearing in the case, the Additional Advocate General Farzand Ali, on behalf of the State Government, presented his side. Meanwhile, Advocate Hastimal Saraswat, appearing for Salman Khan, sought relief to present a virtual bond in favor, which has been accepted by the court.
