Abu Dhabi: Three people were killed and several were reported injured in two separate blasts on Monday in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) capital Abu Dhabi and its tourist hub Dubai. Police and local media have given information about this. The Abu Dhabi government media office has said that two people died in the blast in the capital, Abu Dhabi.
The national newspaper reported that the blasts took place at KFC and Hardis restaurants located on Rashid bin Saeed road in the city. Explain that this road is the path leading to the airport. Soon US President Donald Trump and Israel PM Benjamin Netanyahu are also going to pass through this road soon. Significantly, relations between the UAE and Israel are now normal. The two countries have recently signed a peace deal.
Giving information to the media, police said that several people received minor injuries in the incident in Abu Dhabi and residents of the building and surrounding areas were safely evacuated. The government media office in Abu Dhabi has reported that the explosion occurred due to a flaw in the fitting of the gas container after refueling.
