According to reports, people were shopping for Eid in Kandhari market, located in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province. Meanwhile, there was a blast near the police vehicle standing there. So far, four people have lost their lives in this blast. There 15 people have been injured. Women and small children are also among the injured. The injured have been admitted to Quetta Civil Hospital for treatment. The condition of two of the injured is said to be very serious. In such a situation, there is the possibility of an increase in the number of dead. Regarding this bomb blast, SSP Operations Captain Zohaib Mohsin Baloch has said that the terrorists targeted the police vehicle and planted the bomb. The explosive was planted in a bicycle. According to preliminary information, 3 to 4 kg of explosives were used in the bomb blast. Three other vehicles, including the police van, were also badly damaged in the blast. Photos and videos after the bomb blast are also going viral on social media. It can be seen in these pictures that the bike on which the bomb was planted has been blown away. After the blast, there was a stampede at the spot. At the same time, the bike is also seen burning in a video.

There has been a terrorist attack in the neighbouring country for the fourth consecutive day. Earlier on Sunday (April 9) in the Killi Spine area of Kuchlak district of Balochistan, terrorists opened fire on policemen. In this attack, two policemen were killed and one was injured. Earlier on Saturday (April 8), there was also a bomb blast in Bara tehsil of Khyber tribal district. Two police personnel lost their lives in this blast. On Friday, April 7, terrorists hurled a hand grenade at security personnel in the Swabi district. A policeman was killed and two others were seriously injured in this attack.
