'Chhagan Bhujbal' sent back to Jail after 'Bombay HC' rejected his Plea

Chhagan Bhujbal, Former Maharashtra Minister has been sent back to Arthur Road Jail after his plea was rejected by Bombay High Court. He was sent to jail directly from Government Hospital, said Dr TP Lahane.

The jail authorities told the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) that the 69-year-old needs not to stay in the hospital any more. From November 2 to December 8, he was treated in Bombay Hospital, but after his complain of preferential treatment he was sent to Government JJ Hospital.

The minister was arrested by Enforcement Directorate on March 14 for involving in Maharashtra Sadan Scam and Kalina land case.
