NAGPUR: An IndiGo flight that was en route from Mumbai to Ranchi had to be diverted to Nagpur due to a medical emergency that occurred on board. The incident involved a passenger falling seriously ill during the flight, prompting the flight crew to take immediate action.
The flight in question, bearing the identifier 6E 5093, made an unscheduled landing at Nagpur in response to the medical situation. As soon as the aircraft landed, the passenger in distress was promptly disembarked and swiftly transported to a nearby medical facility for urgent treatment.
