London: These days all the countries of the world are trying to fight the coronavirus epidemic. Meanwhile, relief news has emerged for Britain. In a study done on Corona, people of Britain claimed to have developed herd immunity against the virus. According to the information, this study was done by Oxford University.

Oxford University study claimed that in the event of the second phase of the outbreak of corona epidemic in Britain, herd immunity has developed among the people. Interestingly, Professor Sunetra Gupta of Indian origin is also included in this study team. According to the PTI report, Sunetra Gupta, in her study with three other Oxford University colleagues, stated that the level of herd immunity is already so high in the UK due to seasonal infections such as common cold and cough. They can fight the deadly coronavirus well if it grows again.

The study said that there is a belief that the required level of immunity in terms of prevention of infection is more than 50 percent. The study says that when people with strong immunity are in harmony with people with weak immunity, the level of collective herd immunity decreases rapidly. However, this study is yet to be comprehensively reviewed and analyzed.
