According to reports, the other three brothers including his deceased brother Naseem were married to three sisters resident of Moosepur village of Tijara block in Alwar district. Although the deceased Naseem had an illicit relationship with his elder sister-in-law and both used to celebrate every night. One day the elder brother noticed and after that this murder was carried out.

Superintendent of Police Devendra Kumar Vishnoi said, "There was information that the body of a person named Naseem was found lying in the forest. After that, the family members of the deceased had lodged a complaint that the elder brother of the deceased, Waseem, along with his friend Rashid, had killed his younger brother Naseem. It was further reported that the investigation revealed that the deceased had an illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. Due to this, the elder brother killed the younger brother.''
